About WiseCar
WiseCar is Turkey's homegrown electric vehicle charger brand, developed within Üstüner Group, which has operated in Turkey's electrical sector since 1996. From our R&D and manufacturing center in Kayseri, we supply CE-certified AC chargers across Turkey and to international markets.

Founded in Turkey in 1996, Üstüner Group has more than 28 years of experience in the electrical sector. Over the years the group has proven its continuity and expertise in electrical distribution, panel manufacturing and energy solutions. The WiseCar brand was created to become a pioneering player in the transition to electric mobility.

The WiseCar Brand
WiseCar was established with a vision focused on local manufacturing and R&D, at a time when electric vehicle adoption in Turkey was rising rapidly. Guided by a "smart car, smart charging" philosophy, WiseCar offers not just hardware but an integrated ecosystem with WiseCar AI technology, a cloud-connected management panel and a mobile app.
R&D and Manufacturing
WiseCar chargers are produced at our facility in Kayseri, from design to quality control, with local labor and local engineering expertise. The manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with international IEC standards and CE regulations.

WiseCar's engineering team is made up of Turkish engineers specialized in power electronics, embedded software, cloud architecture and artificial intelligence.
