We sell electric vehicle chargers and related products through our website. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted the product price and delivery terms.
3. Order and Payment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation is received.
Credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, and online payment methods can be used.
Security for payments made through the Shopify infrastructure is ensured in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
In the event of incorrect pricing or stock errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the specified delivery address via the contracted courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo).
Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the order and stock status.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
5. Right of Return and Withdrawal
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
The Return and Refund Policy on our website applies to return conditions and procedures.
