This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through wisecar.com.tr, operated by WiseCar Elit Elektronik Ve Asansör Sanayi ve Ticaret.
1. Delivery Regions
Our orders are shipped within Turkey and worldwide.
For international shipments, delivery times and shipping costs may vary by country and region.
2. Partnered Shipping Companies
Shipments within Turkey are shipped through Yurtiçi Kargo (Agreement Code: 16 00 00 17).
For international shipments, different logistics/shipping companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are preferred depending on the country of your order.
3. Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for orders within Turkey is indicated on the payment screen.
For international shipments, the shipping fee is calculated based on the product weight, volume, and delivery country and is charged to the customer at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during certain promotions. (Campaign terms and conditions are announced on the website.)
4. Delivery Time
Orders within Turkey are delivered to courier within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
For international orders, shipping times vary by country; delivery is generally within 5-15 business days.
Our Company is not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs procedures.
5. Customs and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other legal expenses that may arise in accordance with the customs regulations of the country to which the product is shipped.
Our Company has no control over the tax rates applied by the relevant country.
6. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your order using this number on the relevant courier company's website.
7. Things to Consider During Delivery
Please check the package in front of the courier upon receiving your order.
In case of damage, tear, missing items, or incorrect shipment, have the courier prepare a "damage assessment report."
Our company is not responsible for damaged products received without a report.
8. Undeliverable Orders
Packages that are not available at the customer's address, provided an incorrect address, or are not received will be returned to us by the courier company.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for reshipment.
